2021's Christmas song is a tribute to the late Drew Norman aka Professor Gall.
He was a fixture around Portland's weirdo acoustic music scene for years, shared many a bill with Three For Silver, and was a generally beloved guy (not to mention his notable taste in hats and facial hair).
He died tragically in 2018 at an all too young age, but his songs remain.

This one was always a particular favorite of Lucas and WIllo, and this version is based off of a handwritten piece of music and lyrics that Lucas happened to get off him back in the day.
In fact, the title on the cover art is his handwriting scanned from that same sheet.

We hope you enjoy this tune of his, and you'll no doubt see why it certainly resonates with us.
